===Usage===
Use {{tlpad|c}} to create a [[Wikipedia:Namespace|namespace]]-free link to a category, i.e. {{c{{\sandbox}}|Content}} rather than {{cl|Content}}:
: {{tlx|c|Content}} produces: {{c{{\sandbox}}|Content}}
To specify the text used for the link (e.g. "Content category" in place of "Content") add it as the next parameter:
: {{tlx|c|Content|Content category}} produces: {{c{{\sandbox}}|Content|Content category}}

To prefix the link with the category icon (e.g. as seen in templates), set the first parameter as {{para||icon}}:
: {{tlx|c|icon|Content}} produces: {{c{{\sandbox}}|icon|Content}}
: {{tlx|c|icon|Content|Content category}} produces: {{c{{\sandbox}}|icon|Content|Content category}}
